Pilates Instructors have the opportunity to work on a self employed basis or may be employed by health clubs and centres to deliver Pilates programmes to the public. Your (Level 3) Pilates Matwork Certificate from So Pilates enables you to:
- Join the Register of Exercise Professionals at Level 3
- Gain public liability insurance as a Pilates Instructor
- Instruct one to one clients in matwork
- Instruct group Pilates matwork classes from beginner to advanced
- Be able to cover a Pilates class at short notice, at any level
- Work with small equipment, balls, bands and weights
- Run your own courses or even a branch of So Pilates
- Work as a Pilates matwork instructor on Pilates retreats
- Work with clients during and after pregnancy
Depending on your commitment and needs you can work one hour a week or make Pilates a full time job. Pilates teaching is flexible and enjoyable.
