Who are So Pilates?

We provide excellence in teaching the Pilates technique in Leeds. Our register of instructors teach classes, courses and workshops as well as one-to-one sessions in gyms, centres or even your own home.

As Pilates grows increasingly popular in this country, finding a qualified and experienced teacher is important. You may be interested in the technique for relaxation or even to tackle a specific postural issue. So Pilates aim to match an instructor and class level with your individual ability.
