Who are So Pilates?

We provide excellence in teaching the Pilates technique in Leeds.
So Pilates was the first dedicated Pilates providers in Leeds. All our classes are limited to a maximum of 12 people.
Our register of instructors teach classes, courses and workshops as well as one-to-one sessions in gyms, centres or even your own home.

As Pilates grows increasingly popular in this country, finding a qualified and experienced teacher is important. You may be interested in the technique for relaxation or even to tackle a specific postural issue. So Pilates aim to match an instructor and class level with your individual ability.

Looking for Pilates classes in other areas?

So Pilates also provide classes in Manchester, Blackburn including the Ribble Valley, Preston and Harrogate.

Instructor Training Courses

So Pilates are very pleased to announce we now offer teacher training courses. You can become a qualified Level 3 Pilates Instructor with us.
If your already a qualified Level 3 instructor, we are now offering a Level 3 Award in Designing Pre and Post Natal Exercise Programmes.
